I now have a reason to draw again.  This place is great to share artwork!  I especially like the iphone web app you can connect to accept when you log in, it crashes.  Hopefully it will get fixed.  I found this site via one of my all time favorite comic book artists (a legend in my mind): Jim Lee.  Saw on his twitter page a link to this site.  My artwork is no where near as good as his- seeing how he gets paid to for his artwork and is a success in his field.  

Sometimes I wish I would have taken my artwork more seriously when I was growing up, but reality sank in and felt I needed practicle skills to survive in this world. I don't regret my life's path, but I'm sure everyone wishes they could see what would have happened if gone down a different route.  Plus, I would have needed to be uber lucky and ofcourse 100 times more skilled to achieve Jim Lee's level of success, but that is why he there and I'm here.  

Deviantart.com is great because it not only gives the big guys an art voice, but the little guys (like me) a voice as well.  You may not see as many (if any) of my artwork being added to their favorite lists, but I'm happy if just one person appreciates my artwork especially with the number talented artists out there in the world.

I say to everyone, keep drawing, keep painting, keep sketching!  Draw what you love and love what you draw!  I think that'll be my new signature.
